About the authors

Frank Rolfe moved his family from Dallas to Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, in 2005. Dave Reynolds left Denver for Gunnison, Colorado, a mountain town on the Western Slope. Both are longtime real estate investors and business owners who found that a small town gave them a bigger house, a slower pace and a lot more money left over each month.
